Dermacyn® Scarless™ Hydrogel

Dermacyn® ScarLess™ Hydrogel was developed based on the patented Microcyn ® Technology and contains advanced silicone hydrogel and highly stable small molecule oxychlorine compounds for scar reduction. It has both scar prevention and anti-infective properties and is suitable for both new and existing scars.

How Does Dermacyn® Scarless™ Hydrogel Works?

The anti-microbial property makes it effective in keeping bacteria at bay, giving the cells a chance to initiate their recovery process. More importantly, testing has demonstrated that the hydrogel to be non-irritating, non-sensitizing and non-toxic.There is also no oral toxicity and does not cause ocular irritation. Usage Method For Scarless™ Hydrogel

Scars can be better cared for to reduce their appearance. Speed up your skin's recovery with these easy steps.

Step 1: Eliminate Impurities

Wash the scar with soap and water or a gentle cleanser such as the Dermacyn Woundcare Solution. Ensure that the scar is clean and dry.

Step 2: Protective Barrier

Apply a thin layer of ScarLess™ hydrogel on the wound and its surrounding area. The hydrogel contains silicone which forms a protective barrier against bacteria.

Step 3: Renew

Gently rub the hydrogel until it is evenly distributed. The anti-microbial property helps to prevent microbial activities, reducing infections.

Step 4: Consistent Application

Repeat the application for three times daily. Scar healing can be a long process. Consistent application of the hydrogel helps to maintain an optimum environment for the scar to heal.
